Hotel Comandatuba

The Superior Bungalow has one double bed or single beds and accommodates up with a balcony.
The Luxury Bungalow has one king-size bed and a sofa bed or single beds and a sofa bed; it also has an anteroom and a balcony with a hammock. It accommodates adults and a child under 12 years old. The Superior apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed, or single beds and a sofa bed. It accommodates adults and children under 12 or 3 adults. The Deluxe has one king-size bed and one sofa bed, or single beds and a sofa bed. It accommodates adults and children under 12 years old or 3 adults.
The Family Plan Apartment Superior or Bungalow Superior accommodates families of up to 4 people, 2 adults and children up to years. It has two side-by-side rooms. Note: To book this type of apartment, select the option for adults even if you are traveling with children or fewer adults.

Arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by the CVC team, and take a shuttle ride to your hotel. After breakfast, we will depart for the city of Ilhéus, where we will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the land of the famous Gabriela by Jorge Amado. We will visit the places where some of the characters lived, and the tour lasts 7 hours. The evening is free.

Bird Observation Walking Tour

We suggest walking through the Golf Course with a biologist, who will teach you about the local fauna and flora. We will observe the native birds with binoculars, and this walking tour takes approximately 1 hour. In the afternoon, there is a boat ride where you can enjoy a beautiful evening at the North Bar with a glass of sparkling wine and grapes. The boat ride lasts about 1 hour and 1/2.

Beach Ride

We suggest this ride on a large vehicle to Barra Sul, making a stop at Lada Negra. This ride takes around 1 hour and ½. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a walking tour through the Caranquejos, a cashew tree orchard. There is also a tour where a biologist will guide you through a walkway between the mangroves. There, you may observe several species of crabs, birds, and flora. This walking tour lasts about 1 hour.

Tour on a Golf Course

We suggest a tour to the Comandatuba Ocean Course to learn more about this beautiful landscape. This tour takes 30 minutes. In the afternoon, you will be able to adopt a tree. There is also an opportunity for those who like nature to plant a tree. Tourists will have the opportunity to participate and register their names in the history of the Hotel Transamerica. This activity takes about 1 hour.

Tour of a Cocoa Farm

For those who love chocolate, this is a great opportunity to learn about the planting, harvesting, and whole production process of the golden fruit. This activity lasts about 3 hours.
Ecological horseback ride

This is the day to enjoy the best view of the island on a guided horseback ride through the farm. You may take pony lessons and take a carriage ride. Snacks and coconut water are included. This tour lasts about 3 hours. In the afternoon, there is a tour to Barra Norte. You will take a ferry boat to Barra Norte, one of the places where the canal meets the sea. The length of this tour is 30 minutes.
