If you purchase this plan and are not completely satisfied, simply return your Description of Coverage to us within 10 days of receipt. Include a letter indicating your desire to cancel. After the 10-Day Free Look, the premium is non-refundable. If you have not already left on your trip, you will receive a full refund.

No Out of Pocket Medical Expenses

The Assistance Provider will schedule a visit and guarantee payment to a physician for a one-time medical visit not to exceed $1000 when you contract CSA’s Emergency Hotline to obtain the name of a local in-network physician for an acute illness that develops on your trip and requires treatment by a physician. Service is available for a covered acute illness and is not applicable to expenses for emergency dental treatment.

How do I obtain coverage?
Your Vacation Rental Agreement shows the fee for this coverage. Simply pay the amount indicated with your initial deposit.

When is my coverage effective?

Coverage begins on the day after Outer Beaches Realty receives your payment and signed Vacation Rental Agreement.

What do I receive indicating my coverage?

The Description of Coverage is available for your review on the Travel Insurance link that is accessible from the Outer Beaches Realty website home page. Please contact our Guest Services Reservations department if you prefer to receive the Description of Coverage by mail. You may request your Policy Certificate of Insurance from CSA Travel Protection by contacting them directly.
