Creamy Zucchini and Garlic ingredients list:
6 medium zucchini, grated.
6 garlic cloves, minced.
2 ½ tablespoons of butter.
2 ½ tablespoons of garlic powder.
2 ½ tablespoons of sour cream.
1 teaspoon of thyme leaves, chopped.
Fresh pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet.

Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.

Fresh Garlic Sausage recipe

Fresh Garlic Sausage ingredients list:
5 feet of medium hog casings.
3 ½ lb of lean pork butt, cubed.
½ lb of pork fat, cubed.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
4 teaspoons of garlic, finely minced.
1 tablespoon of black pepper.
1 tablespoon of salt.
¼ tablespoon of nutmeg, freshly grated.
14 teaspoons of cinnamon, freshly grated.
1 tablespoon of ginger, finely chopped.
¼ tablespoon of ground allspice.
¼ tablespoon of ground thyme.
½ cup of dry white wine.

Instructions for Fresh Garlic Sausage:
Prepare the casings.

Grind the meat and fat together through the fine disk and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Stuff and twist into four-inch links.

Dry, uncovered, in the refrigerator for a day or two, turning them often.

Cook by boiling in water or chicken stock, or freeze.

Garlic Bread recipe

Garlic Bread ingredients list:
1 baguette.
1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
1 tablespoon of mixed herbs.
1 tablespoon of oregano.
1 tablespoon of margarine.

Instructions for Garlic Bread:
Preheat your grill to medium.

Slice the baguette along its length into three-inch logs. Slice through each to create two half-cylindrical bread bases. Cut several half-inch deep slits lengthwise along the cut surfaces of the bases.

For each base, take half a teaspoon of margarine and place it in a dish or soup bowl and add half a teaspoon of minced garlic. Mix the two using a fork to create garlic butter.

Spread the garlic butter over the bread bases, making certain that the cut surface is well covered, and that the garlic butter is pushed well into the slits.

Place the baguette on a grill pan with the buttered side down and cook under a medium-hot grill until lightly toasted.

Flip the baguette over and sprinkle on the mixed herbs and oregano. Put back under the grill until the buttered side is lightly toasted.

Serve hot.

½ cup of vinegar.
½ cup of soy sauce.
½ cup of water.
